The trail is considered an insider tip. The mostly flat circular route covers 5.5 kilometers. The start and end point is at the mountain station of the Küssnacht-Seebodenalp cable car and takes you along the ridge towards Alp Ruodisegg. After a long left curve, the trail leads back to the Seebodenalp parking lot. The wonderful view of the Swiss Plateau accompanies you constantly. The trail is groomed when snow conditions are good and can be used free of charge.

Directions & Parking facilities
Motorway A4 exit Küssnacht am Rigi, follow the signs into the village, then follow the signs to Seebodenalp or the Seebodenalp cable car.
There are paid parking spaces available at the valley and mountain stations of Seebodenalp.
However, we recommend public transport instead of a car: Sit back, enjoy, and at the same time do something good for the environment.
Getting there is convenient by train and bus. Take the train to Küssnacht am Rigi, then the bus to the Küssnacht am Rigi Seilbahn stop, and from there the cable car up to Seebodenalp.
