3.5 kilometres of sledging fun awaits you on the rapid descent from Gerschnialp to Engelberg.

Sledging fans can quickly reach the start of the sledge run on the Gerschnialp by taking the funicular from the Titlis valley station. You can reserve a speedy sled when purchasing your travel ticket – if you haven’t brought your own. Once you reach the top, grab your sledge and get ready to ride! Those with the best technique will hit the highest speeds on the downward slope as it meanders its way through the snowy Gerschniwald forest and back down to the valley station. After all that excitement and fresh air you’re likely to work up an appetite. Hungry sledgers can choose between the Linie 8 restaurant or the Indian snack bar, both conveniently situated by the station. With a satisfied belly, you’ll be able to take on the next downhill ride with renewed vigour. Each time you ride, you’ll gain in confidence and hone your technique. A daily sledging pass allows you to use the run until the last funicular heads down to the valley, and includes the return journey to the station at Trübsee.
