Directions
From Stäfeli, follow the minor road to Trochenmattegg. After a short stretch through the forest, the waymarked mountain path branches off rightwards to Mittaggüpfi. The ascent, quite steep but not too long, rewards you with one of the most marvellous views of the Swiss Central Plain and Central Swiss and Bernese Alps.
