The winter hiking route starts at the Langis parking lot and leads over the Tränenbänkli hill to the Schwendi-Kaltbad mountain restaurant. Along the idyllic Schliere, you gently meander through the beautiful nature reserve. After a short ascent, the winter hiking route runs beside the cross-country trail, with a wonderful view of the nature reserve, back to the starting point.

Directions & Parking facilities
By private car or PostBus from Sarnen (daily connections from mid-December to early April). Those arriving by PostBus receive a discount on a drink, sports equipment rental, or the cross-country ski pass. The Langis parking lot is chargeable in winter. It should be noted that on weekends with nice weather the parking lot is already completely full by 10:00 a.m. So you have to start early or come by public transport.
