We learn to listen to the essence of nature and transform it into sound in the ancient song of the seeds, the Joik. Whether a waterfall, a single tree, a rock or the fire, everything carries its own Joik. In mindful and playful exercises, we listen to nature, feel its vibrations and allow the sound that wants to be heard to emerge. This is how our own voice awakens, original, alive and healing. The day begins early with silent meditation, quiet time and gentle yoga exercises. Ailloš accompanies us into the world of Joiken, into the sound and nature connection of this ancient Nordic song.
