The vision of a Swiss Winter Olympic Games in 2038 is taking shape – and Engelberg could play a special role as a host location. Valley representative Mike Bacher and a representative of the "Olympic Winter Games Switzerland 2038" association will provide information on the current status of the candidacy and give insights into the considerations behind this major project with a global impact. They will highlight the opportunities and impulses that could arise for Engelberg and the region – and where challenges exist.
The event will take place in the Sust at the Herrenhaus Grafenort, and entry is free (donation). The Café-Bar in the Sust opens at 6:45 PM. Please note: The number of seats is limited – the principle of "first come, first served" applies.
