We meet about twice a month on Friday mornings in the Sattel, Wildspitz, Rigi Süd or Mythen area for the trail meeting.
The focus on these mornings is on having fun trail running and getting to know new areas together. The tours are led by local guides, from whom you will benefit from valuable tips and tricks during the training.

Requirements:
You already have experience in trail running and can run a flat half marathon in under or around 2 hours. You can conquer approx. 600-800 m/hour.
Trail time: approx. 90-120 minutes
