Recognize, collect and process edible wild herbs and enjoy them as an aperitif!
We collect wild plants in nature and then process them together in the school kitchen to make a rich aperitif.
You will receive inspiration for wild cuisine and afterwards there will be time for enjoyment and socializing.

Time: 1 p.m. to approx. 6.30 p.m.
Meeting point: Andermatt parish hall (in front of the church)
Course fee: CHF 40.00
