The original home of the Willisauer Ringli in the heart of the old town of Willisau for over 170 years. Choco manufactory and café.
This is where Heinrich Maurer invented the famous Willisauer Ringli in 1848. In 1920, the great-grandfather of the current owner, Michael Renggli-Kurmann, acquired the original recipe. The unmistakable Willisauer Ringli are still made in the founder's house today. Groups have the opportunity to look over the confectioners' shoulders and learn more about this unique specialty.

Melt-in-the-mouth Grand Cru Chocolat and passionate creativity form the basis of our beautiful craft. In our manufactory in the heart of the Lucerne hinterland, irresistible treats are created according to traditional recipes - a place full of history and indulgence.
