The gondola lift takes you from Rickenbach-Schwyz to the Rotenflue (1571 m) in just a few minutes. Hiking opportunities await you (e.g. Schwyzer Panoramaweg). For sure-footed hikers, the Gross Mythen is an absolute must: the 360˚ panorama offers you a wonderful view of the lowlands as well as the pre-Alpine mountains and countless lakes. Numerous mountain restaurants invite you to linger. In winter, the Mythen region impresses as an inexpensive family ski area.
