This family-run business uses only Swiss flour and powers its ovens with electricity from Swiss hydropower. Stocker Beck has three locations:
- Zentrum Trotte, Sursee
- Stadthof, Sursee
- Café Stäg, Neuenkirch
In addition to the retail area, each location also features a cozy café with seating.
Specialty: Sursee Honey Goose
The Sursee Honey Goose is a traditional pastry made from honey-hazelnut dough with an almond filling, inspired by the “Gansabhauet.” This pastry is part of Switzerland’s culinary heritage.
