Assortment
The spacious (400 m2) main shop is full to the brim with delicacies of all kinds. There’s no overlooking the Flowing Chocolate Wall, which features 750 kilogrammes of liquid chocolate. But you’ll have to resist temptation, as the chocolate consists of inedible cocoa extract intended only for decoration. Enjoy a hot chocolate or Bachmann speciality in the cafeteria on the premises.
History
The bakery and confectionery is an innovative family enterprise now in its fourth generation. For 120 years, the Bachmann family has been making more than 500 different products every day according to traditional recipes; these days, with the latest state-of-the-art technology.
