Tomlishorn viewpoint

Viewpoint
Viewing platform
The Tomlishorn offers a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Lucerne and the mountains.
The highest vantage point in the Pilatus massif offers breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and Lake Lucerne. The Tomlishorn can be reached via the flower path. One of the most impressive Alpine panoramas can be seen here, especially on a clear day.

Flower trail
The flower trail on the Pilatus is a small natural gem: it leads from Pilatus Kulm to the Tomlishorn and offers hikers the opportunity to discover an impressive variety of alpine flowers in their natural environment - from creamy white alpine anemones to brightly colored gentians.

Along the well-secured panoramic trail, informative boards provide interesting facts about the different plant species, their flower colors and flowering times. The breathtaking view of the Alpine panorama makes the walk an experience for all the senses.

With a bit of luck, you can also experience a special moment in the early morning or in the quiet evening hours: ibex climbing majestically along the rock faces can be observed particularly well at this time of day.

The flower trail is a lovingly designed gift from the Pro Pilatus association, which is dedicated to protecting and preserving the Pilatus region.
