The e-bike route to Gerschnialp and Untertrübsee mostly leads through the forest and is therefore perfect for hot days. Food lovers will get their money's worth.

From the starting point, the monastery's show dairy, proceed to the valley station of the Titlis cable cars and continue left along the paved Gerschnistrasse (expect work-related traffic) towards Untertrübsee. Gradually climbing, but protected from the sun by the forest, pedal towards the first interim destination. After the forest clears, it is only a few curves to the fork where you turn right towards Untertrübsee. On the paved road, you pass the Untertrübsee restaurant and the Älplerseil before the Alp Untertrübsee with its direct sale of alpine cheese invites you on the left side for a stopover. Return the same way to the fork where this time you take the path towards Gerschnialp. Passing the top station of the funicular, the path leads towards the mountain restaurant Ritz. From there, it is just a few meters to the Gerschnialp alpine cheese dairy. The return route is again via the Gerschnistrasse.

Please note that depending on weather conditions (snow cover), not all alpine cheese dairies are staffed in June and that the alps are no longer managed from mid-October onwards.
