The network of paths "Heavenly Routes" forms connections in Central Switzerland around Lake Lucerne between monasteries and pilgrimage churches, across mountains and valleys, depending on the weather.

First, the two-day route follows along Lake Zug to Cham. Following the Lorze, it continues to Frauenthal with the Cistercian convent. Via the Reuss riverside path and via Merenschwand, the hiker reaches the Muri monastery, where the thousand-year-old monastic history can be experienced. Over Lindenberg, the hiker arrives in Hitzkirch in the Seetal before passing Baldeggersee and reaching Beromünster with the collegiate church.
