Directions
The route leads from the large parking lot in upper Steisteg up towards Schwyz / church. On the right at the church, continue upwards towards Rickenbach. Then follow the hiking trail towards Tschütschi. Once there, continue along the hiking trail to Holzegg and then on to Rotenflue. Here you have the opportunity to refresh yourself at the restaurant. Continue towards the Rotenflue viewpoint and then towards Müsli egg. At Müsli egg, turn right on the hiking trail towards Gross Boden / Handgruobi. From Handgruobi continue towards Ufiberig / Perfiden to the base station of the Rotenflue cable car. Then continue via Waldegg - Hinterdorf back to Schwyz and thus to the starting point.

The starting point of the route is in the village center of Schwyz. The first meters you cover on roads. Please pay attention to traffic, traffic rules, and other users on the sidewalks.
