The hike starts at the "village square" Rigi Kaltbad. After the rock chapel, the flat path leads from Rigi Kaltbad through shady woodland areas, past interesting rock formations, to the viewpoint Känzeli. Then the path continues along the Geissrüggen to Müserenalp. The ascent via Steiglen back to Rigi Kaltbad requires good fitness. Attention: The descent via Geissrüggen includes aluminum ladders and you must be free from dizziness.

Directions & Parking facilities
From the A4 exit Küssnacht toward Weggis - Vitznau
At the stations of the Rigi railways, paid parking is available.
However, we recommend public transport instead of the car: Sit back, enjoy, and do something good for the environment at the same time.
Rigi Kaltbad, the starting point of the hike, is accessible via Vitznau with the cogwheel trains of RIGI BAHNEN AG or via Weggis with the cable car.
