Musenalp circular route

The monastic village Maria Rickenbach (Niederrickenbach) can only be reached by aerial cableway from Dallenwil. With an airy little train ride for those not afraid of heights, you continue directly to Musenalp. On the terrace of the Alpbeizli there are drinks and simple dishes such as the famous fried cheese slice. Across alpine meadows you continue hiking to Unter Musenalp, from where you could reach Bärenfallen and Klewenalp. Down to the right on the path where the cattle graze to Musenalp, you arrive at Marchboden and Alp Ahorn. On the little road you return comfortably to the monastic village. The time indications and altitude differences take into account the use of the cableways (pure walking time).
