The ring road is a lively and varied path. Many places to stop with sun terraces invite you to linger. Slightly elevated stands the mountain chapel “Our Dear Lady,” which was built entirely of wood 300 years ago. With the mighty Mythen mountains in the background, it becomes a postcard view. The winter hike is especially suitable for families because sledding is possible at various points alongside the path. The additional loops present themselves quieter and more leisurely. On the extension around Stooshorn or the detour to Teufböni, one experiences pure nature.
