Route Urner Sagen picnic place Wang-Grat, with Gietisfluh cable car, about 2 hours.
Start: Isenthal post bus stop Dorf – hike follows along Isenthaler Bärenweg on the "historic alp path" into Chlital, up to the Gietisfluh valley station (uphill ride), then ascent to Ronenrüti-Hinter Wang on the Wang-Grat, and further to the magnificent Urner Sagen picnic place.
Return hike goes over des Heimen Rütlenen to Gietisfluh (downhill ride) and along the old Chlital path back to the village.
Families with hiking-experienced children take instead of the Gietisfluh cable car the hike up to Alp Nei and the ascent to Wang-Grat (about 65 minutes). Or vice versa, instead of the return ride, descend on foot.
