The Buena Vista Kitchen Club brings together personalities who have shaped Swiss gastronomy for decades – and who still enjoy cooking. When these chefs cook, you can sense their experience, curiosity, and a subtle touch of culinary mischief.
On stage are icons of their craft:
André Jaeger, master of East-West cuisine and known for his precise flavor combinations.
Martin Dalsass, a South Tyrolean with a special love for olive oil and Mediterranean lightness.
Dario Ranza, a quiet perfectionist and renowned far beyond the country's borders for his risotto.
Robert Speth, a charming host and expert from Gstaad with a classic signature style.
Wolfgang Kuchler, a chef with heart who combines tradition and craftsmanship with palpable warmth.
Together, they serve not nostalgia, but vibrant culinary art. Flavors, memories, and personal stories flow into their dishes—with a clear signature and visible joy in what they do. When these experienced chefs are at the stove, an energy is created that can be felt both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
The evening will be accompanied by carefully selected vintner champagnes. They have been curated by Dominik Betschart, Master of Champagne and one of Switzerland's most knowledgeable experts in the field, and Stephanie Ehrensberger, co-director of GNUSS, wine sommelier, and wine academic. The selection includes champagnes that harmoniously complement the menu and lend it additional elegance.
