We’re celebrating—thanks to you, our dear audience. 20 years of “klang”—a tradition that moves, connects, and endures.
Three works, three soundscapes: Mendelssohn’s Quartet in E-flat Major combines classical clarity with romantic warmth and takes on new hues in this wind arrangement. Dvořák’s “American Quartet” brings to life a sense of vastness, nature, and folkloric echoes—in this concert, in a pure wind arrangement. Grieg’s “Norwegian Dances” transport us to a colorful world of Nordic melodies, rhythmic energy, and a dance-like zest for life. A program full of variety and sonic surprises.
Be sure to also attend the opening concert, where you’ll hear the “American Quartet” in its original version.
