Three highlights, three worlds: Piazzolla’s tango, Dvořák’s “American Quartet,” and Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet combine rhythm, wanderlust, chamber music sophistication, and a sense of home.
We’re celebrating—thanks to you, our dear audience. 20 years of “klang”—a tradition that moves, connects, and endures.

Three highlights, three worlds. We open with a tango by the master Piazzolla. Dvořák’s “American Quartet” blends Bohemian melodies with impressions from his time in America—nature, vast landscapes, folk music, and longing shape the music. Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet ranks among the most accomplished works of classical chamber music: cheerful, heartfelt, and of incomparable elegance. All three works showcase, in their own way, the power of musical home—a blend of familiarity, wanderlust, and freedom.

Be sure to attend the Sunday Matinee as well and experience the “American Quartet” in a different sonic world—performed by a wind quintet.
