Do you know how alpine cheese is made? On the Fluonalp, the cows feed on the very best herbs. And if the magnificent view of the Obwalden region is any indication, this is probably the best prerequisite for unique alpine cheese. We cordially invite you to visit the cheese dairy at Fluonalp. Make your own cheese. From preparation to labeling, you are involved in the work process. Your alpine cheese will be stored and cared for for a year before you collect it. Cheese-making with a tour of the cheese dairy takes place in the afternoon (please book in advance).
