Good Friday invites you to embrace stillness, mindfulness – and conscious enjoyment.
Fish traditionally takes centre stage on this day and offers a wonderful variety of possibilities.
In this workshop, you will work together to prepare a delicious three-course menu with a focus on fish. You will learn how to fillet fish properly and discover the differences between, as well as the preparation of, cold and hot fish dishes.
The menu is rounded off with a complementary, carefully prepared fish sauce.
A course for anyone who wishes to prepare fish with respect, rediscover it and present it in a delightful way.
