Good Friday is a time for mindfulness and enjoyment. On this course, you will prepare a three-course fish menu, learn how to fillet fish properly, and discover both cold and hot dishes, including accompanying sauces.

Fish traditionally takes centre stage on this day and offers a wonderful variety of possibilities.

In this workshop, you will work together to prepare a delicious three-course menu with a focus on fish. You will learn how to fillet fish properly and discover the differences between, as well as the preparation of, cold and hot fish dishes.

The menu is rounded off with a complementary, carefully prepared fish sauce.
