A combination of warm southerly winds and cool Atlantic air creates perfect conditions. The moraine soils allow the grapes to ripen optimally and produce fresh, complex wines with elegance and finesse.

At the Brunner Weinmanufaktur winery, the grapes are processed according to the latest oenological findings. After pressing and fermentation, they rest in wooden barrels or stainless steel tanks to develop their aromas. Vinification is temperature-controlled and carried out without pumping to achieve maximum harmony and fruit-forward character. White wines retain a natural residual sweetness balanced by appropriate acidity, while red wines are extracted to perfection and aged in wooden barrels with controlled oxygenation.
