Lucerne is a Mecca for chocolate lovers. On Schwanenplatz, between watches, jewellery and banknotes, it now smells of fine, melt-in-the-mouth chocolate. The main attraction in the specialist shop of Confiserie Bachmann is the "Flowing Chocolate Wall", which is surrounded by oversized, flying guardian angels (crunchy truffles). The flowing chocolate wall is unique in this dimension and construction and a world first. Over 750 kilograms of chocolate drizzle over the "wall" in the form of drops. The chocolate mass used consists of non-edible cocoa extracts, which are used for decorative purposes.
Lindt & Sprüngli, the international chocolate company, is also represented in the "Chocolate World" and is an important strategic partner for Confiserie Bachmann. The chocolate range is exceptionally large and probably offers the most varied selection of chocolates in Switzerland.
