Gummenalp aerial cableway
In the heart of Central Switzerland, high above the Engelberg Valley, in the Wiesenberg-Wirzweli region, stands the cosy mountain restaurant at 1579 m above sea level with a magnificent panoramic view. It can be reached by the Gummenalp cable car. The journey there in the small gondola takes just a few minutes.

Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday/Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (open in the evening by reservation only)
Friday/Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

- By public transport:
Take the SBB to Lucerne, continue on the Zentralbahn to Dallenwil, change to the on-call bus Tel 041 628 23 94 or walk (approx. 15 minutes to the valley station of the Dallenwil-Wirzweli adventure cable car) from the Wirzweli mountain station to the Gummenbahn in 15 minutes on foot.
