The team at Knubel Roastery has patiently mastered the art of roasting and now works with a wide variety of coffee varieties from around the world. Among them is the Dezalé Kaffe de origen, which is produced by a Colombian cooperative comprising 44 small farms. The farmers grow the coffee using natural methods and, by avoiding unnecessary middlemen, earn up to 150% of the usual market price.

The various coffee blends have distinct flavor profiles, depending on their country of origin and roast level. Quality is the top priority for the Gunzwil coffee roasters, who are happy to give you a glimpse into their work when you visit their shop, which is open every Friday morning.
