In Winikon, 45 mother cows graze with their calves on the lush pastures of the Hinterberg. Caring for the rolling meadows through suckler cow farming is sustainable and resource-efficient. The tender and aromatic Natura-Beef is produced entirely from grass and hay, without any concentrated feed. Once a month, fresh young beef can be purchased directly from the farm by special order.
Farmer Andrea’s homemade delicacies can be purchased individually or as part of pre-packaged gift sets. The highlights of the farm shop are the spicy, dried smoked beef sausages and the aromatic dried beef jerky.
In 2019, the farm store was honored as one of the 10 most beautiful in Switzerland. It’s definitely worth a visit!
The Leupi family also tends to over 280 standard fruit trees with great passion. This fruit is mainly processed into sweet cider, apple rings, and fine jams.
