Alpoglen Trail, Mörlialp

Starting from the Mörlialp mountain restaurant, located at the foot of the Giswilerstock, the Alpoglen Trail begins. Walking along the edge of the forest and then through the fir woods, you can hear skiers in the distance. We stay off the piste and listen exclusively to the sounds of nature.

After about half an hour, we leave the woodland behind and enjoy the view over Lake Sarner. Those with some patience might spot chamois here. The animals often search for food on the steep slopes. After a short crossing, the destination at Alp Alpoglen comes into view. It is located near the Bullybar, where you can relax in comfortable deck chairs and let your gaze wander again over the Sarneraatal. The descent is now relaxed. The same route leads back to the Mörlialp mountain restaurant.
