Andrea Waldis’s Bike Tip
Andrea prefers to train at home in Morschach. In the area of Ingenbohl forest and Axenstein, there are varied and challenging bike trails. Follow her example and don't forget to take a break in between. The view of the surrounding mountain world and Lake Lucerne is always overwhelming.

"Always be on the move"
Andrea Waldis’ competitive spirit showed at an early age. Since she was nine years old, she has raced mountain bikes and competes with the best in the world. Her greatest achievements to date are the Junior World Championship title in 2012 and a World Cup victory in 2013 in the U23 category. Her family ignited her passion for sport. Very often, the family went on excursions on foot, cross-country skis, or with bikes in the Schwyz region. Her father motivated Andrea from a young age with the phrase "always be on the move" – until today.

The professional biker with a heart for children
Andrea Waldis is also committed to the MTB youth. She teaches school children to bike during evening training sessions. Since September 2017, Andrea Waldis has been studying at the University of Teacher Education Schwyz.
