Directions & Parking facilities
By car on the A4 to the Schwyz exit, then towards Muotathal to the valley station of the Ried-Illgau aerial cable car or by car towards Muotathal, after the valley station of the funicular follow the signs to Illgau.
Parking is available at the valley station of the Ried-Illgau aerial cable car.
Parking spaces are also available at the church in Illgau.
Parking is available at the start of the route.
Accessible by train and bus
From Schwyz train station take bus line 501 to the Ried (Muotathal) stop, Illgau cable car. Then take the Illgau–Ried aerial cable car to the village of Illgau.
