«Füchsli»-trail Rotenflue
Are you ready for a new adventure in the alpine world of the Mythenregion? If so, we welcome you on the «Füchsli»-trail – for clever foxes.
A lovingly designed mystery trail with 8 varied stations, welcomes small and big sleuths, right next to the mountain station of Rotenfluebahn. In around 30 minutes you will discover nature, solve exciting tasks and prove your combinational skills.
The special feature: Thanks to three levels of difficulty curious kids, teenagers and clever adults are all challenged – true to the motto: fun and excitement for all generations. The «Füchsli»-trail leads over hill and dale, over roots and narrow paths – a sense for adventure and good footwear are required!
Experience nature, expand your knowledge in a playful way and enjoy your time as a family – the «Füchslipfad» combines all of this in a charming way.
So let’s go – follow the clever fox tracks and explore a new highlight on Rotenflue.

Directions & Parking facilities
- Public transportationThe bus stop for routes 503 and 505 is located right in front of the Rotenfluebahn. Route 505 runs directly from Schwyz railway station to the Rotenfluebahn valley station.
From there, take the Rotenfluebahn up to the Rotenflue mountain station.
