The forest adventure playground at the mountain station of the Illgau-St. Karl cable car has many new attractions. It's worth stopping by the witch.
Along the way, you have to find the seven children of the Käfer family who are hiding in various places. The next challenge follows at the carillon. The path then leads over green meadows to the actual destination, the Balmli adventure and barbecue area. Here you will find swings, hanging ropes, or a rope bridge leading up to the eagle’s nest.

Directions & Parking facilities
By car on the A4 to the Schwyz exit, then towards Muotathal to the valley station of the Ried-Illgau cable car or by car towards Muotathal, follow the signs to Illgau after the valley station of the funicular.
Parking is available at the valley station of the Ried-Illgau cable car. There are also parking spaces at the church in Illgau.
From Schwyz station by bus line 501 to the Ried (Muotathal) stop, Illgau cable car.
Then take the Illgau–Ried cable car to the village of Illgau.
Continue by the Illgau–Vorderoberberg cable car to the starting point Oberberg St. Karl.
