Golf circular route

A beautiful circular hike around the Andermatt Swiss Alps Golf Course. Remarkable are the differences between the naturally grown flower meadows on the slopes and the well-maintained greens of the golf course. Hikers are rewarded with stunning views over the golf course and the Urserntal valley. The route starts at the Andermatt train station and leads westwards to the underpass at the Ursern power plant. Through the underpass, you reach the gravel path heading toward the golf course. Over the bridge spanning the Furka Reuss, you walk past the driving range of the golf course. The path continues a few meters to the right. With a slight ascent and then descent, you reach the village of Hospental with a breathtaking view over the Urserntal. From Hospental, you then return along the Reuss dam back to the start.
