The journey from Willisau to Langnau over the foothills of the Napf is a pleasure. The route approaches the hill cascades and repeatedly finds a clever way around them. Only after the Luthertal does the route rise and lead to a magnificent viewpoint, from which you can look far into the Midlands. Traffic-free, you indulge in the charming hillscapes that you circle briskly. Soon you reach the cantonal border and can let yourself be spoiled by the regions of Oberaargau and Emmental. At the latest in Sumiswald, the Emmental becomes a defining experience, with its increasingly hilly sections. The FLYER masters the ramps confidently and we enjoy the origin of this rich region, which rises to over 1100 meters up to the Lüderenalp. Here you feel it, this Napf power, as it emanates from the landscape and enchants our senses. An epic descent takes us to Langnau, the center and pleasure spot of the Emmental. Â
