We start at Sarnen train station and follow the railway tracks towards the Cantonal Hospital. At the Cantonal Hospital, we cross Brünigstrasse and continue walking towards the lake. From here, we follow the lakeside path to Sachseln.Â

On the A2 from Lucerne, take the tunnel to the A8 towards Interlaken, change to Sarnen, and then take the Sarnen Nord exit.
From Interlaken via Brünig on the A8 to the Sarnen Nord exit.
From Lucerne or Interlaken with the Lucerne-Interlaken Express to Sarnen.
From Sachseln back to Sarnen with the S5 or the Lucerne-Interlaken Express.
