- Destination: Intschi Arnisee mountain station
The hike starts on the sunny terrace Arni. You can reach Arni by aerial cable car from Intschi or Amsteg or on foot. From the station of the aerial cable car, you only have to walk a few meters along the left side of the lake until the path leads left. Through a stunning landscape, you first hike along the Leitschach stream to Heitersbüel and then on to Bödemli where the path continues left at the fork. Along the path, you then pass Alp Furt and climb to the Leutschachhütte at 2208 m a.s.l. The hut offers space for about 60 people and the turquoise blue lakes around the hut are true gems, one even invites you for a raft ride. Throughout the hike, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain ranges as well as lush green meadows. The same path or various other alternative routes then lead away from the hut again.
