This snowshoe route is also well suited as a half-day route and leads without major altitude differences through largely untouched landscape towards the north.

This circular route is ideal for all nature lovers who like to leave their tracks in the snow off the beaten paths and is also well suited for families. At the beginning, the path goes briefly uphill into the small side valley near the pilgrimage chapel on the other side of the stream. Soon it becomes flatter and the trail leads over open terrain and through the forest.

Directions

The route starts directly at the Restaurant Hirschen Dreilindenplatz (post bus stop) and is very well marked with the pink signposts and poles.

The duration of the route depends strongly on the snow conditions. Fast and fit snowshoers will probably manage the distance in about an hour, others who prefer to take it easy will certainly need 1.5 hours.

Information on whether the trail is open can be foundhere.
