After a short stretch on the Klausenpass road, turn onto the dirt road leading to Alp Wängi. The incline is steady and pleasant, taking you along lush alpine meadows over Alp Orthalten to Fisetenpass – the highest point of the tour at 2036 m and an ideal resting spot. Enjoy the unmatched panorama over Urnerboden, Klausenpass, the Clariden Glacier, and the Glarus Alps before tackling the enjoyable descent via Alp Gemsfairenhüttli.

The next section includes another climb: up to Klausenpass at 1948 m. The view here will also make any biker's heart beat faster, and the restaurant offers refreshment amid the pure alpine air. Continue down the historic Klausenpass road towards the valley. Below the Chlus, the route leads over the old military road, which winds through the gorge with tight switchbacks to Jägerbalm. The final stretch along the cooling Fischbach takes you on an attractive single trail back to the starting point at Port.
