From 23 to 28 June 2026, The Steakhouse at Marina Lachen will become the stage for a very special seafood experience: Alain Bossé, internationally known as «The Kilted Chef», brings the flavours of Nova Scotia straight to Lake Zurich.
Look forward to East Canadian specialities such as whole lobster with warm butter, crab cakes, Digby scallops and maple-smoked salmon – paired with fine maple syrup, cranberries, blueberries and selected drinks from Nova Scotia.
Chef Alain himself will show you how to traditionally enjoy a whole lobster – charming, entertaining and authentic.
