Stadtkeller: Blues In The Shoes

Blues In The Shoes, from around Lucerne, have been bluesing and rocking for 28 years with an almost unchanged line-up, drawing on the repertoire of B.B. King, Luther Allison, Eric Clapton, Dr. Feelgood, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Jimmy Reed. It moves and grooves: Popa Chubby and Midnight Oil are not far away, even Wilson Picket, Status Quo and Del Amitri are not left out. The music on stage is earthy and groovy - from rhythm'n'blues to rock'n'roll, from slow blues to hot rock covers, arranged in a varied and exciting way with lots of wit and enthusiasm.
