Enjoy cheese fondue specialities and other home-made delicacies from Graubünden in our restaurant in the heart of Lucerne's old town. Our restaurant offers space for up to 80 guests on three rustic, winding floors. Thanks to the cosy subdivision, you can reserve your own floor from a small number of people and thus be completely among yourselves.
Fabian Dumitrache loves the Grisons mountains and cuisine. And he loves the city of Lucerne. But above all, the young chef and restaurateur loves high-quality cuisine. The creative experimentation with ingredients and flavours as well as the optimisation of traditional dishes never lets go of the former "Young Chef of the Year".
After a few years of cooking in a grand hotel in Flims and as the youngest ever cook on the MS Europa II, he quickly decided that he wanted to offer his favourite cuisine in his favourite city. With a lot of luck and a bit of daring, the chef - who has also cooked for the national team of chefs - and his team were able to take over the empty rustic restaurant at Eisengasse 15 in Lucerne's old town. And is now letting Lucerne's friends of indulgence and alpine cosiness rediscover pizokel, capuns and co.
