Stadtkeller: Schwingertalk in the Stadtkeller

A new format awaits you in the Stadtkeller: the "Schwingertalk im Stadtkeller". From 7 p.m., Reto Blättler, honorary member of the Obwalden and Nidwalden Wrestling Association, will open the evening musically - with his band in the Central Swiss country music style. Reto Blättler (clarinet/saxophone), Siro Odermatt (accordion), Isabelle Schürmann (piano) and Jérôme Kuhn (double bass) passionately play works by Blättler's teacher Hans Aregger - complemented by compositions by well-known and almost forgotten Ländler greats. A festival atmosphere like at the Brünigschwingen - even before the swinging begins - guaranteed!
The "Schwingertalk" will be hosted by experienced wrestlers Benji von Ah, who has won 76 crowns and four federal victories, and Linus Fessler, who is also a successful wrestler. They will analyze selected rounds from ESAF Mollis live on a large LED screen and answer questions from the audience. Another federally crowned wrestler is expected in 2025.
