Berggasthaus Eggberge

The Eggberge sun terrace lies above Altdorf and stretches across the Schächental valley to the Klausen Pass. Enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Uri and the Rophaien mountain. The Eggberge mountain inn is located right next to the mountain station of the Flüelen-Eggberge aerial cableway. 

The Eggberge mountain inn, which was completely renovated and rebuilt in spring 2019, is located at just under 1500 metres above sea level. Equipped with a cosy parlour, several overnight accommodations and a large sun terrace, the inn is a popular place to stop for a bite to eat. Here you will find day guests as well as overnight guests. In the restaurant you can enjoy regional dishes with a touch of English twist. For example, try the homemade specialities such as burgers, pies or classics such as a delicious cheese fondue.

There are eight rooms to choose from for your overnight stay. Four of the double rooms and the family room have their own bathroom. The other double rooms have showers on the floor.
