Since 2024, we have been welcoming our guests to the newly designed Gleis 1 restaurant, right next to Lucerne railroad station. The name is no coincidence - our proximity to the tracks has inspired us to bring the combination of regional cuisine and urban Lucerne flair to the plate.
We focus on fresh, seasonal products from the region. We use them to conjure up classics of Swiss cuisine. Whether original Lucerne fritschi pie, veal sausage with onion sauce or a selection of vegetarian dishes - there is something for everyone here.
