Room height not standard, for very tall people (over 185cm) certain restrictions in some areas of the apartment.
Cleaning lady/contact person on site, who can be contacted for special requests if necessary.
Plenty of space around the house for relaxing, barbecuing or for the children to play. The upper terrace by the house can also be used if the upper apartment is not occupied by the owner/landlord.
Plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.
