Just a few minutes' walk from the old town of Willisau you will find the Hirschpark recreation area with its animal inhabitants.

The Willisau Deer Park is a popular recreational area for young and old. A herd of fallow deer lives in the enclosure, which covers an area of 8000 m2. You can also observe dwarf goats, geese and various species of ducks at close quarters. In a large aviary you can discover various ornamental birds.

From the deer park, which is situated on a small hill, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the old town of Willisau. The Willbrig forest is just a 10-minute walk away and invites you to take a long walk.

Opening hours: The park is freely accessible at all times

Infrastructure: There is a playground and a table with benches for picnics, and toilets are about 200 meters away to the west at the cemetery (funeral hall).
