Recommended equipment for snowshoers:

• Snowshoes, winter shoes (good hiking boots), depending on weather conditions wind jacket, sweater, gloves, hat, sunglasses, gaiters and hiking poles
• For longer routes, backpack with drink and snacks
• Recommended are map 1:25000, compass, GPS if available
• First aid kit and possibly necessary medication

A3 towards Feusisberg - Biberbrugg - Einsiedeln - Alpthal - Brunni

A4 exit Schwyz - Rothenthurm - Einsiedeln - Alpthal - Brunni

From Einsiedeln by bus to Alpthal - Brunni (SBB timetable)

• In winter, wild animals need quiet retreat areas to survive.
• Please stay on the route to avoid disturbing the wildlife.
• We ask you to keep your dog on a leash.
